Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. NIV Heb. 13:4

The term "marriage bed" was used sparingly in the Bible and yet profoundly. The stipulation for married Christian couples from God through the author of the book of Hebrews is that the marriage bed must be kept pure, undefiled and undishonored. The Hebrews author goes on to say the God would not only judge but punish all those that were guilty of sexual vice, adultery and sexual immorality.

For most Christians that is pretty well understood. The problem occurs when an individual is unsure of their Christian boundaries. What's game for a Christian couple? What's in bounds and what's out of bounds?

Many Christians know and understand that an unbeliever in the bedroom would defile the marriage bed but how about what a marriage couple could do to defile the marriage bed? Are the rules such that since we are married and both saved....anything goes? What are the limits?

What about issues like 1) is oral sex permissible? 2) is anal sex okay? 3) are adult toys/novelties allowed? 4) is masturbation sinful? 5) is Christian lingerie okay? etc.

Over the years, as a pastor, I have heard these questions among many others. The good news is there are plenty of great resources available by trusted leaders in the church that use the Bible to thoroughly address many of the taboo issues that have never been addressed openly. The problem is that they are not usually in one place. We have committed to begin a website that not only addresses these issues but is also a great place for those seeking for answers to certain topics to submit their questions for further research.
