is there a way to reduce your penis size or better control erection?

I have a pretty large penis, which is 9″ soft, over 12″ hard and about 7″ around. ,ot only does this scare away a lot of girls but it is also very uncomfortable and embarrasing when I get an erection, especially in summer when shorts leave very little to the imagination. I also can not go shirtless as I need a loose shirt to hide my pants and to cover up when my penis comes up past my belly button when I get an erection when my penis is pointing in that direction. I have tried taping it to my leg but that is very uncomfortable when I get an erection. So far the only thing that seems to work is masturbating regularly to try and reduce the sensitivity but I don’t want to continue this.
