2 questions: 15 mo. old has small bumps on the back of his upper arms. Really red at base of penis & rectum ?

My grandson is 15 months and he has small bumps on the back of his upper arms
Very often gets seriously red at the base of his penis & around the rectum. Sometimes this doesn’t last long, but he cries when I try to clean him.

Sounds like an extreme case of diaper rash and/or prickly heat. Apply generous amounts of ‘zinc oxide’ or zinc ointment’ on affected areas.

My opinion is that is a yeast problem when these rashes happen on Sweat areas like under the arm, and penis, rectal area.
